Such a fun, loving gym. The coaches care and ensure you get tips to always improve your technique as well as having a fun vibe. Very community orientated & not overly competitive. Members are also super welcoming.

If you’re sitting here reading reviews thinking should I, shouldn’t I? Just do it! Great group of people, fun classes, patient and professional coaches… the list goes on! Best thing I ever did to stop procrastinating and try something new! I still moan everyday but once it’s over I feel amazing! My physical strength has improved as well as my mental strength! I never thought I’d say it but after a few months I reckon crossfit has finally become a hobby!😜

What can I say, Great gym and great people. Joined Crossfit nook after doing regular weights at the gym. Haven’t looked back, great tempo workouts mixed with weights, cardio and an awesome crew of people.
